Welcome to the Missouri Bullet Company!

Attention Missouri Bullet Customers

The MBC's mission has always been to supply the highest quality manufactured lead cast and coated bullets, at the best possible price. Due to the ever increasing costs of raw materials, shipping supplies and labor costs we must implement pricing changes starting in early January, 2024.

Thank you for your understanding and your continued support and loyal business.

MBC Team

Along with the entire firearms industry, supply chains are crippled by unprecedented demand. If time is an issue or you are unable to wait, then please - know we are producing as fast as time and materials will allow but are unable to promise any better delivery results than we are currently striving to provide. Regarding stock items, please take note from our FAQ:

How do I know if you have the bullets I want in stock?

We are not a retail store or a distributor so we do not display on our website which bullets are available or out of stock. We are the manufacturer so if we don't have it in stock, we will simply make it. Other items that we sell such as brass and accessories will not be displayed on the website if the items are not available.

Ready to purchase bullets, but need other components like primers or powder? Check this handy reference for the items you are looking for: www.shootingbot.com

Thank you for your understanding and continued business.

New customer? We ask that you read our FAQ, which is chock full of useful information. NOTE: PLEASE READ OUR FAQ BEFORE CALLING OR EMAILING IN A QUESTION, AS IT IS PROBABLY ANSWERED THERE.

We're glad you're here and hope you take a minute or two to look around.  If you're new, you might want to look at the "Technical" page which outlines the basic philosophy of our bullet casting enterprise and explains why "Hardness-Optimized Bullets" from the Missouri Bullet Company might be just what you're looking for and have never found.

Here's the summary:
We optimize bullets for your intended application. We don't take a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to manufacturing bullets. Every box of our bullets displays the Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) of the bullets.

We work with certified analysis foundry alloy in two hardnesses in order to provide you with the bullet hardness that works best for you. One is 2% tin, 6% antimony, balance lead for harder bullets at 18 BHN and the other is 2% tin, 4% antimony, balance lead. While it is expensive for us to maintain a dual supply of alloy, the payoff is in the fact that we can offer you a choice of bullet hardness.

The Missouri Bullet Company proudly uses Magma Engineering equipment in our bullet production.
